Group Chief Executive Officer
Mohd Adam Mohd Said is the Group Chief Executive Officer as well as the Principal Consultant for Profess Consulting Group
He holds an MBA, majoring in Human Resource Development from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. His areas of specialisation include Strategic Management, Change Management, Business Process Reengineering, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and Quality Customer Service.
Amongst Mohd Adam’s major achievements under the Group includes the development of HR Management Information System (HRMIS) for the Government of Malaysia and the training of more than 10,000 unemployed graduates under the national undergraduate unemployment programme. As a Principal Consultant of the Group, Mohd Adam has also led many key assignments including the Formulation of Social Development Intervention Strategy for Regional Development on behalf of a leading GLIC, Organisational Restructuring for Migration to Licensing for Indah Water Konsortium, Formulation of Strategic Plan for Perbadanan Putrajaya, and also Organisational Climate Study and Intervention for Tenaga Nasional Berhad and many others.

Ahmad Raji Yaakob is the Chief Operating Officer of both Irshad HR Consulting and Global Talent Link.
He holds a Master degree in Human Resource Development, UPM as well as Bachelor in Business Administration, University Missouri, USA and Certificate in Training Management, JT Frank Management. Ahmad Raji’s areas of specialisation include Competency Modelling, Performance Management System, Training Needs Analysis, Job Analysis, Job Description, Teambuilding, Excellent Work Culture, Leadership and Supervisory Development as well as Human Resource Development .
Ahmad Raji had served clients from various industries including financial institutions, oil and gas, automative and transportation, education, public listed companies, government ministries and departments both locally and internationally and many others.

Jusni Yusoff is the Chief Operating Officer of Sageconsulting Sdn Bhd.
He received his education and training in professional accountancy in the United Kingdom. Jusni’s areas of specialisation include Strategic Management, Balanced Scorecard, Finance and Accounting, Organisational Performance Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
Jusni’s consulting experience include Balanced Scorecard implementation for a leading engineering and construction group, formulation of Social Development Intervention Strategy for a high profile GLIC, development of Strategic Blueprint for an established government training institution, formulation of Mission, Vision and Shared Values Statements for a high profile local authority, formulation of Strategic Plan and Corporate Balanced Scorecard for Indonesia’s number one takaful company, Appraisal of Control and Monitoring System for a major Bumiputera group of companies and many others.
KAMARULZAMAN MOHAMED NORDIN

Kamarulzaman Nordin is the Chief Operating Officer of Multimedia Consulting Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Computing & Statistics) from Queensland University Australia.
His areas of specialisation include professional and technology services, key account management, regional sales and business development, technical network operations, project management and consulting services.
Amongst his previous top positions include Senior Vice President, Projects and Regional Business Development at HR Systems and Consulting Sdn Bhd where he was responsible for the project implementation and regional business development activities covering Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore.
He was also previously the Head of Public Sector Industry, SAP Malaysia responsible for the Public Services, Government Agencies, Aerospace & Defence as well as the Education Industry.
AHMAD YUSRI RAMLI

Ahmad Yusri Ramli is the Chief Operating Officer of Global Performance Technical Consulting Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Toledo, Ohio, USA. Yusri’s areas of specialisation include Operations & Maintenance, Project Management, Technical Documentation, Technical Training, Plant Performance Improvement, Plant Simulation, E-Learning and Learning Management Systems.
Yusri had spent over 22 years in the power generation industry including being the Managing Director of General Physics (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of General Physics Corporation, the main operating subsidiary of GP Strategies Inc. USA, a NYSE listed company; Lead Person for the Project Management team of a Japanese Consulting firm (J-Power, formerly EPDC) responsible for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the 2 X 500MW Coal Fired Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Power Plant, Malaysia and many others.
